Because every piece is made by hand and packed individually, I handle returns case by case — but the general policy is below.
Prints
Unused prints in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund (less original shipping cost). To start a return, email [your contact email] with your order number and reason. Once approved, you’ll receive return shipping instructions. Refunds issued within 5 business days of receiving the returned item.
Originals
Original paintings are non-refundable except in cases of damage during shipping (see below). Originals are one-of-a-kind, and once they leave the studio I can’t relist them as new.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, email within 7 days of delivery with photos. I’ll issue a full refund or replacement (your preference) at no cost to you.
Custom commissions
Custom commissioned pieces are non-refundable. We’ll discuss the vision and confirm details before any work begins.
