Processing time
Orders ship within 5-7 business days of purchase. Originals may take slightly longer if a custom box needs to be prepared.

- Originals: $20 (includes insurance)

Carriers and timing
USPS First-Class or Priority Mail, depending on order size and value. Tracking included on every order. Once shipped, US delivery typically takes 2-5 business days.
Lost or damaged packages
If your order arrives damaged, please email [your contact email] within 7 days of delivery with photos of both the packaging and the artwork. I’ll make it right — replacement, refund, or store credit, whichever you prefer.
If a package is marked delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact USPS first (they sometimes mark items delivered prematurely), then reach out if it still hasn’t shown up after 48 hours.
